Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice to in-person customers, leveraging your expertise to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license, have 3+ years of paid returns experience, and can work 20+ hours per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in retail.
• Interest in building local community presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments when needed.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, front-facing retail environment.
