Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will deliver full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or flagship locations across the United States.

You will engage customers in-person, grow the local client base, and provide a trusted, hands-on tax service while leveraging Intuit’s marketing and TurboTax tools to build lasting relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathetic service.
