Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will act as a community ambassador and connect clients with a broad Intuit ecosystem of services to deliver end-to-end financial support.

You will work onsite, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local client base while delivering exceptional customer experiences with flexible hours during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Link clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a best-in-class experience.
