Intuit, Inc. seeks devoted TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location. You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and use TurboTax tools to support in-person and virtual clients, becoming a trusted advisor ensuring optimal outcomes.

This role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and cross-team collaboration with advisory services. Work hours align with local needs, including potential training and uniforms.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns filing experience with pro software.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20 hrs/week max.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
