Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, working with a team of specialists to cover personal and business needs. You will develop local client relationships, deliver end-to-end services, and participate in community engagement to broaden TurboTax presence.

Ideal candidates have strong tax credentials, PTIN, and a proven track record with 1040 returns; bilingual skills are a plus, with training provided for expanded services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location during typical business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, and amendments; optimize deductions.
• Conduct tax reviews and planning using government sites, tools and team knowledge.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic client solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
