The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in the United States to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, coordinate offers and onboarding, and drive KPI/SLA performance for top client delivery.

This role requires a high school diploma/equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in a service provider setting, and a proactive, results-driven attitude to support candidates

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of similar work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsabilités

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking database.
