Job summary

The Adecco Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Recruiter responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary hire and/or direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will develop local recruiting relationships, manage the ATS, conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates, and help with resume preparation.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate data management
• Familiarity with major job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates, with a sales-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates that contact the branch and provide clear information about PDS, offers, guidance, and training.
• Manage PDS website and digital tools to monitor the selection process and register candidate status.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and plan grassroots recruiting events.
• Recruiting: Establish recruitment plans, qualify candidates, and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation and role-specific coaching.
• Enter and track data in ATS.
