Job summary

The Adecco Group in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-hire, and direct-hire roles. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, and contribute to new business development.

A strong emphasis on relationships and sales will be essential. You will manage ATS processes, coordinate recruiting events, and collaborate with branch teams to meet staffing goals

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience in Staffing.
• Experience with ATS and major job boards.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage branch inquiries.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and communicate job guidance.
• Develop recruiting events and local relationships.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit.
• Enter data in ATS and track assignments.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates for retention.
• Understand service portfolio and price services.
• Monitor branch gross margin factors.
