Job summary

The Adecco Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire job orders for diverse clients. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and provide exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, coaching candidates, and using ATS to track progress, while developing strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• One+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• Experience using an ATS to track candidates and postings.
• Knowledge of major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage a pipeline for branch needs.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume prep and interview coaching.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and maintain client relationships.
• Support client retention and provide excellent service to applicants and customers.
• Participate in sales activities to price and sell staffing services.
