Job summary

The Adecco Group in Wind Lake, WI is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire roles across a variety of clients. You will manage the ATS, build local networks, and provide top-notch service to both clients and candidates.

You will conduct interviews, coach candidates on resumes and interview techniques, and collaborate with managers to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year recruiting experience in staffing or related field.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates to fill temporary, temporary hire and direct hire roles.
• Manage the ATS and digital tools to monitor progress and status of candidates.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate recruiting events.
• Qualify candidates against job requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Coach candidates on resume and interview technique.
• Enter and track candidate data and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Ensure high-quality service to clients and candidates.
