Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses, including a Nevada Gaming License.
• 1–3 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience preferred; hotel/casino experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred (Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud a plus).
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual skills, especially Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and candidates to the Employment Center with a professional, upbeat demeanor.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to applicants throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Recruiters, Talent Specialists, Coordinators, and leadership.
• Ensure high-quality service standards within the Employment Office.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support daily administrative and operational needs of the employment function.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
