Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years HR department experience, preferably within a casino.
• Must have computer knowledge and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and file employee records (personal, confidential and I-9).
• Audit I-9 documents for 100% compliance and manage term files.
• Track union grievances and coordinate grievance files before meetings.
• Coordinate unemployment claims paperwork and liaise with TALX prior to hearings.
• Assist with HR front counter duties, badging, gaming registration and other duties.
