This full-time, exempt role reports to the HR Manager and will recruit for administrative through engineering level positions, using platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn to build a strong candidate pipeline. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating interviews, providing excellent candidate experience, and staying up-to-date on pre-employment

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Working knowledge of industry recruiting tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advertise jobs, source candidates, screen, interview, coordinate interviews and prepare offer letters.
• Search for qualified candidates using databases, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and networking.
• Maintain relationships with hiring departments and provide timely updates.
• Review applications and match applicants to job requirements.
• Inform candidates about duties, compensation, benefits, schedules, and promotions.
• Schedule assessments and assist with the hiring process including new-hire paperwork.
