You will recruit for technical and non-technical roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while maintaining strong partnerships with departments. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and MS Office, plus solid communication and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Working knowledge of industry recruiting tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn) and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make candidate recommendations.
• Knowledge of pre-employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Post employment ads, source, screen, interview, and coordinate interviews with departments.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
• Perform candidate searches using databases and networking.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR data reporting.
