LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for hourly production roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This onsite role partners with site leadership,HR and recruiting leadership to drive staffing for a new ramp-up and ongoing workforce needs. The position prioritizes building talent pipelines, executing scalable hiring strategies, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience to support growth and ramp-up of operations in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or similar.
• Proven success hiring at scale in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Experience planning and executing hiring events and high-volume sourcing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume direct labor positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
• Make independent hiring decisions aligned with business needs and standards.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to meet monthly hiring goals.
• Plan and execute large-scale hiring events, fairs, and outreach.
• Build talent pipelines ahead of staffing needs and maintain a steady candidate flow.
• Coordinate with site leadership and HR to understand workforce demands and shift needs.
