Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Assistant role provides onsite administrative and candidate-facing support to the Talent Acquisition team in Antioch, TN. You will welcome walk-in applicants, assist with online applications, coordinate interviews, and maintain confidential records in the ATS/HRIS.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort interacting with diverse applicants; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in applicants and support candidate experience.
• Assist candidates with online applications, assessments, and required documentation.

• Maintain accurate applicant records in ATS/HRIS.
• Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, reporting.
• Coordinate candidate flow during high-volume periods.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
