Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in Lancaster, SC seeks a Mid-Level Systems & Network Administrator to join onsite. You will manage servers, virtualization, patching, and IAM initiatives while supporting network health in a hands-on environment near Charlotte.

Requirements include 3–5 years in IT, Windows Server experience, networking basics, and exposure to VMware or Nutanix. Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional IT experience in systems administration and/or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and enterprise systems.
• Foundational networking knowledge (LAN/WAN) and ability to support network health.
• Experience monitoring server and network performance and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware or Nutanix.
• Understanding Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools.
• Associate’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• 50% Systems Administration (servers, virtualization, patching, system performance).
• 30% Networking Support (network operations, monitoring health).
• 20% Infrastructure Projects (IAM, virtualization migration, automation).
