Job summary

DMA Industries, LLC in Loris, SC is seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to manage and modernize our multi-site infrastructure. You will oversee Active Directory, Windows Server, and network services, ensuring reliable operations across manufacturing and distribution locations.

The role requires 5+ years in systems and network administration, strong security practices, and hands-on experience with Meraki, Fortinet, or UniFi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems and network administration.
• Experience in legacy, complex, or technical-debt environments, including migrations and network re-segmentation.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, AD replication, and FSMO roles.
• Strong Layer 2/3 networking fundamentals: routing, subnetting, VLANs, trunking, STP.
• Hands-on experience administering Meraki, Fortinet, or UniFi.
• Knowledge of IT security practices, patch management, vulnerability management, data protection, and disaster recovery.
• Strong privileged-access management and credential security.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory and related services.
• Manage and troubleshoot DMA's multi-site WAN and network infrastructure.
• Support and maintain a multi-vendor environment including Meraki, Fortinet, and UniFi.
• Help transition legacy flat networks to segmented, purpose-specific VLANs.
• Develop and maintain technical runbooks, documentation, and change records.
• Provide escalation-level IT support and mentor junior staff.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell to improve efficiency.
• Support NetSuite ERP, EDI integrations and other business systems.
