Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in computer science or related field.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware) and backup solutions.
• Strong networking knowledge including Cisco routing/switching and IP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise server and networking systems.
• Implement security best practices and perform regular system patches.
• Manage Windows AD, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, GPOs and backups.
• Configure Cisco switches/routers and manage LAN/WAN.
• Document environments and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with senior admins and IT staff on changes and capacity planning.
• Operate and monitor virtual servers and virtualization infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks and improve IT workflows.
