Job summary

RTX is seeking experienced Systems Engineers for the Space & Airborne Center in El Segundo, CA. You will support troubleshooting, hardware/software integration, and system verification to ensure reliability across radar programs.

You will develop CONOPS and requirements, perform data analysis, and generate actionable insights. This onsite role demands collaboration across programs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 2 years IV&V experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support IV&V planning and execution for system integration.
• Update CONOPS, requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Transition systems from production through integration, test, and sustainment.
• Troubleshoot lab, field, and depot test activities (travel up to 20%).
• Develop data-driven insights using MATLAB, SQL, and Python.
• Prepare reports and briefings for stakeholders.
