Job summary

McBride is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the C3BM division at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH, onsite. The role focuses on translating operational requirements into technical solutions, building integrated architectures, and coordinating tests and evaluations to deliver capabilities to air force customers.

The candidate will work with senior leaders on mission integration and system-of-systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
• 3+ years of DoD sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions for MIT.
• Develop integrated architectures and assess risks.
• Support test and evaluation planning with acquisition teams.
• Drive interoperability across PEOs and weapon systems.
• Prepare technical briefings and engineering documentation.
