Job summary

McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to support the C3BM at Hill AFB in Ogden Utah. The role emphasizes research, design, development, installation, testing, and operation of electrical systems within DoD acquisition lifecycles.

The candidate will perform system engineering reviews, translate requirements, and assist with test planning and evaluation ensuring OSS&E is integrated into all activities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3 years of DoD experience OR 7 years of related experience with 5 in DoD.
• ABET Accredited University degree preferred.
• Experience in electrical engineering disciplines: design, RF, modeling & simulation, and test & evaluation.
• Familiarity with Electronic Warfare and Air Combat Operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system engineering reviews across the lifecycle, including concept and validation.
• Develop/refine system features, improve processes and validate techniques.
• Translate DoD user requirements into system requirements for design and testing.
• Review system design baselines for architecture and interoperability.
• Support test planning, execution and results assessments for OSS&E integration.
