Job summary
Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer, Journeyman to support the C3BM division at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio.
The role emphasizes lifecycle systems engineering, requirements analysis, architecture development, and interoperability to enable resilient, joint, multi-domain operations. The candidate will drive risk assessment, provide technical briefings for government leadership, and collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders to advance integrated architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; 3+ years of DoD experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Strong systems engineering across the acquisition lifecycle and architecture development.
Responsibilities
- Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, sustainment, and disposal.
- Translate operational requirements into technical requirements for MIT activities.
- Support architecture definition for DoD C3BM enterprise interoperability.
- Review DoD architecture models and support future-state architectures for sensor-to-shooter connectivity.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.
