Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role entails applying broad systems engineering experience across the acquisition life cycle to deliver integrated DoD capabilities.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, ensure seamless interoperability, and contribute to the sensor-to-shooter connectivity across multiple mission areas.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
• Must maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Aligned to one of five Mission Integration Teams (MITs) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
• Translate operational requirements into technical requirements.
• Design and sustain system architectures ensuring interoperability across DoD networks and sensor-to-shooter connectivity.
• Support the acquisition life cycle from requirements analysis through system disposal.
