Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support the C3BM division at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will contribute to architecture definition, risk assessment, and execution management across multiple mission areas including Air, Maritime, and Cross Cutting efforts.

The role emphasizes MBSE (Cameo/MagicDraw), SysML modeling, and DoD 5000-series acquisition principles, with a focus on interagency collaboration and agile system engineering practices.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with 5 years in a DoD setting.
• Experience with DOORS or Jira for requirements management.
• Familiarity with DoD architecture frameworks (UAF, DoDAF).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system architecture as part of a Mission Integration Team (MIT).
• Translate requirements into technical architecture and ensure interoperability.
• Drive interconnectivity among DoD program offices and weapon systems.
• Capture as-is and to-be states driven by MIT in engagement scenarios.
• Collaborate with joint and coalition partners to connect sensors to shooters across services.
• Develop and analyze structural, behavioral, and parametric system models.
