Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a System Administrator to support a large-scale digitization project in Fulton, MD. The role centers on maintaining on-prem infrastructure and integrating imaging platforms such as Tungsten Total Agility, IBML and Ephesoft, with ongoing production support and metadata extraction workflows.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on Windows Server (2025) and Windows 11 administration experience.
Experience with imaging workflows and document processing tools (Kofax/Tungsten, IBML, Ephesoft).
Strong knowledge of on-prem infrastructure, networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

Support of Windows 2025 and Windows 11 Environments.
Support imaging platforms: Kofax/Tungsten, IBML, Ephesoft.
Troubleshoot switches, routers, ethernet and WiFi, plus server infrastructure.
Manage permissions in AD and Entra ID for 250-400 users.
Reset passwords for Azure, M365, and Exchange per policy.
Channel support of AWS infrastructure.
