Job summary

Iron Mountain in Jessup, MD (On-site) is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide on-site IT support at the imaging center and support the central imaging environment.

You will manage hardware and software, including high-speed scanners, imaging tools, and file-transfer systems, while driving maintenance and SLA adherence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT experience, expertise in Windows, SQL, Active Directory, Kofax, and PowerShell, plus up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT industry experience.
• Extensive experience with Windows OS and Server, SQL, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with imaging software (Kofax) and batch deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at the Jessup imaging center and central environment.
• Manage hardware/software, scanners, imaging tools, and file transfer systems.
• Lead maintenance, SLA adherence, and on-call escalations.
• Onboard new Digital Solutions customers and process change requests.
• Collaborate with DevOps to roll out fixes and enhancements.
