Qualifications

• RN license required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare administration
• 3+ years in healthcare or clinical coordination, preferably surgical services

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and staff; ensure adherence to best practices and hospital policies
• Coordinate surgical case flow to optimize OR efficiency and reduce delays
• Develop and enforce policies for safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
• Act as liaison between surgical team, anesthesiologists, and departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution; monitor progress
• Participate in professional development and staff performance evaluations
• Ensure courteous patient interactions and proper visitor screening and directing
