Job summary

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will work directly with residents facing homelessness and other challenges, providing vital support and resources. You will perform assessments, engage regularly with residents, and develop tailored service plans.

This position emphasizes a strong commitment to compassion, cultural competency, and effective communication. Competitive hourly pay ranges between $28.00 and $30.00 and offers benefits aimed at promoting both physical and mental well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with significant experience, or relevant degrees and certifications.
• Must possess excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments for newly assigned residents.
• Engage residents regularly to support their needs.
• Develop individualized service plans tailored to residents.
