RH Aero Systems, based in Mason, OH, seeks a Readiness Manager to serve as the primary customer contact onsite at an engine MRO shop. You will oversee tooling management, coordinate repairs and upgrades, and support operators in day‑to‑day tooling usage.

You will inspect tooling, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and partner with technicians to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across teams. Occasional international travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in tooling/support equipment, aviation maintenance, or field service within aviation.
• Experience in tooling/design, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Strong project/program management and clear communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within region and occasionally internationally.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Do?

• You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage assigned projects, products, and services within your region.
• You’ll help manage on‑hand inventory, including Rhinestahl‑owned and customer‑owned assets.
• You’ll perform basic to mid‑level troubleshooting, evaluations, testing, maintenance, and repairs on tooling and equipment.
• You’ll review tool drawings to investigate design or manufacturing issues, disassemble tooling and equipment, and identify required modifications. You’ll coordinate logistics for modifications, repairs, and testing, then reassemble tooling as needed for delivery to the customer.
• You’ll contribute to supply chain development and monitoring activities.
• You’ll monitor and support Rhinestahl’s GE360 Foam cart maintenance and support program within your region.
• You’ll support customer projects, equipment setup, and equipment familiarization training.

Technical Responsibilities

• You’ll provide technical support to the Technical and Regional Customer Management teams.
• You’ll provide onsite tooling and equipment support for customer projects.
• You’ll provide tooling and equipment support to OEMs.
• You’ll support tooling and equipment modifications, upgrades, repairs, and calibrations.
• You’ll troubleshoot electrical and hydromechanical issues in tooling and equipment.

Qualifications: What You Will Bring?

• You bring fluency in written and spoken English, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in tooling/support equipment, aviation maintenance, or field service within the aviation industry, including the required technical experience.
• You have experience in tooling and equipment design, manufacturing, or production environments.
• You bring strong project/program management skills and communicate clearly through presentations and everyday interactions.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• You bring strong organizational skills and a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• You’re self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• You can read and interpret technical drawings from an engineering perspective.
• You can understand aviation engine, aircraft, and procedural manuals.
• You bring hands‑on experience in mechanical evaluation, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
• You can perform manual tasks for extended periods, up to 8 hours as needed.
• You can lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• You’re willing to travel within your assigned region and occasionally internationally to customer and Rhinestahl locations.
• You can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of a customer organization.
