Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Technical Program Specialist to support engineering tooling and GSE across programs. You will coordinate technical inquiries, drive issue resolution, and work with OEM engineering teams to ensure timely, accurate technical outputs.

The role requires a four-year technical degree with relevant experience or equivalent, plus strong coordination and communication skills. Onsite in Mason, Ohio with robust benefits and opportunities to optimize TPM data processes.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret OEM tooling blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Epicor and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate technical inquiries and determine appropriate next steps for resolution.
• Coordinate timely closure of technical inquiries using SPR, CPR, and SCQ tracking.
• Represent TPM in operations reviews and help drive high-impact issues to closure.
• Monitor and analyze issue-resolution performance using TPM tracking tools and portals.
• Maintain engine tool list source data and output files for configuration management and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve TPM data processes through digital tools and lean practices.

Why Join Us?As a Technical Program Specialist, you will be part of RH Aero’s technical program management team, supporting technical inquiries, data accuracy, issue resolution, and program deliverables across engine tooling and Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical background in a cross-functional environment, working closely with internal teams, OEM partners, and customer-facing groups to help deliver accurate, timely, and practical technical support across RH Aero product lines. ️ What You Will Do?Review and evaluate technical inquiries received by the Technical Program Management team and determine appropriate next steps for resolution.Coordinate timely closure of technical inquiries by following established issue-resolution processes, including Supplier Problem Reports (SPR), Customer Problem Reports (CPR), and Supply Chain Queries (SCQ).Represent the Technical Program Management function in RH Aero’s operations review rhythm by identifying high-impact open technical issues and helping drive priority actions to closure.Monitor and analyze technical issue-resolution performance using tracking tools such as the Tool Query Report (TQR) portal and SPR, CPR, or SCQ tracking lists.Serve as a technical point of contact with engine OEM engineering and program management communities, including Support Equipment Design and Engineering (SEE) and NESS, while representing RH Aero and customer needs.Track demand and support timely completion of TPM deliverables, including cost automation data, weight and dimensions, CE/CA marking, and certificates, using systems such as Epicor to access and manage inquiries.Maintain accurate and current engine tool list source data and output files, ensuring revisions are clearly documented to support configuration management, data integrity, and output quality.Identify opportunities to improve recurring TPM data processes through digital tools, lean practices, and process improvements, and present recommendations or business cases as appropriate.Perform other related duties as assigned. What You Will Bring?Working knowledge of aircraft, engine, aviation systems, maintenance, tooling, or related technical product environments.Four-year technical degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of progressive experience in a related technical field.Ability to read and interpret OEM tooling blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.Experience using commercial or military aero-engine OEM technical publications to support maintenance, repair, overhaul, or technical issue resolution is a plus.Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, order fulfillment, or cross-functional operations is preferred.Strong project coordination, planning, facilitation, collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to follow issues through to resolution.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when working with technical documentation, large data sets, and detailed tracking files.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ERP systems such as Epicor is preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities, technical inquiries, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative working style with the ability to partner effectively across technical, operational, commercial, and customer-facing teams.Ability to influence through clear communication, sound reasoning, and the ability to articulate purpose, priorities, and business needs.Ability to work onsite in Mason, Ohio.
