RH Aero Systems, based in Mason, OH, seeks a Readiness Manager to serve as the primary customer contact onsite at an engine MRO shop. You will oversee tooling management, coordinate repairs and upgrades, and support operators in day‑to‑day tooling usage.

You will inspect tooling, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and partner with technicians to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across teams. Occasional international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in tooling/support equipment, aviation maintenance, or field service within aviation.
• Experience in tooling/design, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Strong project/program management and clear communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within region and occasionally internationally.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage projects, products, and services in your region.
• Manage on‑hand inventory including Rhinestahl‑owned and customer‑owned assets.
• Perform troubleshooting, evaluations, testing, maintenance, and repairs on tooling and equipment.
• Review tool drawings, disassemble equipment, identify modifications, and coordinate logistics for updates.
• Contribute to supply chain development and monitoring activities.
• Support GE360 Foam cart maintenance and related programs within your region.
• Assist customer projects, equipment setup, and training.
