Responsibilities

• Translate supply chain and planning requirements into business requirements, processes and specs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital enablement.
• Support implementation of planning and orchestration solutions with business and IT teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and document rules, workflows, and objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Assist with testing, deployment, training, and adoption of new processes and capabilities.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support decisions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Sales, Rental, Operations, and IT to achieve objectives.
