Caterpillar is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Coordinator for its Peoria, IL facility. The role leads forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking to support growth and operational excellence.

You will develop demand and supply insights, analyze trends, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capability, and business objectives. Domestic relocation not available; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, operations management, engineering, analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or analytics preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, IBM Cognos, or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market demand, customer orders, and business trends to develop production schedules and factory build plans.
• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts using statistical modeling and trend analysis.
• Align demand plans with manufacturing capacity, inventory strategies, and business objectives.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and reports supporting business performance reviews.
