Northrop Grumman in Palmdale, CA, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level 2 or 3) to join our team. This on-site role supports production scheduling, materials planning, and inventory control within Aeronautics Systems.

The position starts at 5:00 AM with a 4/10 schedule Mon-Thurs and requires MS 365, Excel, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Prior SAP/MES experience and a U.S. security clearance are preferred, with overtime and bonus opportunities included.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years related experience.
• Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing including electric carts, forklift, reach lift.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S Government Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP and meet schedule.
• Collaborate with shop support teams to remove production constraints.
• Perform SAP and MES transactions to release work orders and manage inventory.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support in determining shortages and corrective actions.
• Obtain and maintain licenses for equipment including forklifts.
• Load/unload large tooling and manage tooling transfers.
