Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level 2/3) to coordinate with Manufacturing, manage WIP, and release work orders in SAP/MES. You will monitor inventory, resolve discrepancies, and support lead times to meet shipping dates.

The role requires MS 365 proficiency, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a valid driver’s license, with 10% travel. Prior SAP experience is favored; active security clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with required experience.
• Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP and meet schedule dates.
• Release work orders in SAP/MES, receive parts, and issue parts to assemblies.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages.
• Obtain ECDs from Manufacturing based on part criticality.
• Estimate production rates and lead times to meet shipping dates.
• Operate or obtain licensing for power equipment (forklift, etc.).
