Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator 3/4 for Palmdale, CA. The role supports shop floor, maintains stock levels in SAP/MES, and collaborates with Program PM, Procurement, and suppliers to meet production schedules. 1st shift, on-site, 3/10s schedule Fri-Sun.

The candidate will manage production rules, schedule and materials, and ensure compliant manufacturing processes, including certifications of conformance and inspections.

Qualifications

High school diploma with 4+ years in logistics support, shipping/receiving, warehousing or inventory control.
Ability to obtain forklift certification.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide status on schedule performance to internal customers and leadership.
Support Supply Chain Logistics and Operations processes.
Coordinate overtime requirements with support organizations and Manufacturing.
Perform SAP/MES reconciliation to align with master schedule.
Lead meetings to drive constraint resolution.
Assist activities across multiple Supply Chain disciplines.
