Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator for the Palmdale, CA site. The role supports shop floor activities, maintains raw material levels in SAP/MES, and collaborates with program management, procurement, and suppliers to enable on-time production.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma plus relevant logistics experience, proficiency in MS 365 and SAP/MES, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–6 years in logistics support.
• Forklift certification ability.
• Lift 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide status and visibility on schedule performance to internal customers and leadership.
• Coordinate overtime requirements with support organizations and Manufacturing.
• Perform SAP/MES reconciliation to align parts with master schedule.
• Analyze requirements to identify necessary ICMTs to mitigate schedule impacts.
• Lead meetings to drive constraint resolution and ensure manufacturing schedules are met.
• Wraps and packs parts for delivery to on- and offsite locations.
