Renewal by Andersen in Texas is seeking a procurement-focused professional to execute, improve, and solve supply chain issues. You will manage daily orders, validate on-site inventory, and drive lean improvements in a 100% onsite role local to the TX area.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to meet production demands while leveraging ERP, MES, and WMS systems to optimize performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems.
• 6-8 years combined experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics.
• Working knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, data mining and data reporting.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Drives continuous improvement and develops Individual Development Plans.

Mansioni

• Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment to match production demands.
• Analyze value stream and supply chain capacity and constraints.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective actions across Supply Chain using lean tools and ERP.
• Collaborate with suppliers, supervisors, logistics and material planners.
• Represent supply chain in projects across plan/source/make/deliver.
• Daily production scheduling and continuous improvement.
