Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management with proven optimization.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management; ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain planning and strategy to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain mapping.
• Procurement and vendor management to include supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier relationship building.
• Risk management and mitigation through identification, analysis, diversification, and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock.
• Continuously analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain and logistics.
• Optimize warehouse functions.
