Job summary

Compal USA Technology Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end planning and execution for its AI server manufacturing operations in Georgetown, TX.

The role focuses on aligning materials, schedules, and resources to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and capacity. You'll collaborate across Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations, develop data-driven recommendations, and contribute to S&OP and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations, Business Admin, Logistics, IE, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of supply chain analysis, planning, or scheduling.
• Experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, supplier performance, and production schedules.
• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate production priorities.
• Support S&OP, capacity planning, and contingency planning.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor OTIF, inventory turns, and material availability.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.
