Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain planning and strategy to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain mapping.
• Procurement and vendor management including supplier selection, bidding, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier relationships.
• Risk management and mitigation through identification, analysis, diversification, and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to minimize excess or obsolete stock.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Optimize warehouse functions.
