Job summary

AEVEX Aerospace is hiring a Subcontract Administrator to support DoD programs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will manage the entire subcontract lifecycle, including NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and proposals, aligning with FAR/DFARS and ITAR requirements.

Candidates should have strong negotiation skills, experience with government contracts, and the ability to collaborate across IPTs with procurement, legal, and program teams. Onsite with some travel, potential hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR compliance.
• Experience with DoD/Federal contracts and government procurement processes.
• Familiarity with NDA and teaming agreements and price analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare solicitation packages and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Conduct price analysis and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Administer subcontracts and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR.
• Interface with IPTs and ensure timely deliveries and supplier performance.
