Job summary

AEVEX Aerospace seeks an experienced Subcontract Administrator to support multiple business units in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements, preparing solicitation packages, evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR.

Candidates should have knowledge of TINA and CAS, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR compliance.
• Experience with government procurement processes.
• Proficiency with NDA and teaming agreements.
• Experience with CPSR audits.
• Experience in hybrid FAR compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare solicitation packages to subcontractors.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and perform price analyses.
• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies across units.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR and other regs.
