Structural Workshop, LLC is seeking a versatile Structural Engineer/Designer/PM to perform analyses, prepare construction documents and coordinate with stakeholders. The on-site role based in Boonton, NJ supports both commercial and residential projects, with a focus on code compliance and high-quality deliverables.

The candidate will lead or contribute across disciplines, conduct site visits, and assist with inspections and forensic evaluations while managing schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in structural and civil engineering principles for commercial and residential projects.
• Experience with structural analysis and calculations for building systems and repairs.
• CAD drafting of plans, sections and details; familiarity with revisions.
• PE licensure or eligibility; multi-state licensure is preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and standards; field investigations and reporting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for various building types.
• Prepare construction documents, drawings, and details using CAD tools.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, owners, and design professionals.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and forensic evaluations; document findings.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure quality.
