Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health is seeking a full-time Human Resources business partner to provide consultative services across engagement, recruitment, compensation, and talent management.

The role partners with multiple departments to implement workforce best practices, advise on policy changes, and coach leaders on performance and retention in an onsite environment in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with assigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employee recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Advises leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.
• Provides coaching on the handling of employee relations matters, including managing performance, managing conflict, and addressing retention issues.
• Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures. Advises on the latest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.
