Job summary

UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for an on-site, permanent role. You will partner with the CEO and Board to shape strategy, oversee all financial functions, and drive performance across multiple locations and inventory.

Lead ERP implementation of Acumatica by 2027, strengthen internal controls, and build a high-performing finance team while advancing data-driven reporting, treasury, and FP&A capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CFO/VP Finance experience.
• Experience managing complex inventory environments and multi-location (B2B) operations.
• ERP implementation experience (Acumatica) and full accounting team retraining.
• Strong leadership with executive and Board collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
• Provide financial leadership for growth initiatives, market expansion, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Lead and oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, and treasury.
• Optimize working capital, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Drive improvements in business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee and support a complex, multi-location financial and inventory environment.
• Lead the implementation of a new ERP system (Acumatica) targeted for 2027.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial compliance.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.]
