Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with the client's organization and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate and forecast staffing requirements with the customer’s team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training for assigned staff.
• Perform quality checks to ensure client satisfaction across the organization.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for the client and identify improvement areas.
