You will lead day-to-day operations, build strong customer relationships, and ensure service quality while aligning with P&L objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to forecast staffing needs and execute recruiting strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries and issues.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in partner reviews to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and manage P&L goals at the client site.
• Act as liaison between customer and employees and document issues.
