Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or office administrative experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Staffing Coordinator collaborates with clinic leadership, providers, nurses, and clinical support staff to ensure appropriate staffing and schedule coverage based on patient care and operational needs.
• The position creates, maintains, and coordinates provider and clinical staff schedules in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• The Staffing Coordinator demonstrates professionalism through accountability, sound judgment, effective communication, and collaboration.
